Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email (and text if enabled) as soon as your order is placed, and another notification when your package ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s total weight and your location.
Available shipping options include:

  • USPS Ground Advantage (3–5 business days)

  • USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days)

  • USPS Priority Mail Express (1–2 business days)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays.

Order Packaging
All apparel is packaged in protective poly mailers. Larger orders may be shipped in a box to ensure safe delivery.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email (and text if enabled). Tracking updates typically appear within 24 hours.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they are marked as delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please check your address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, contact us immediately. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed.
